Join other members for the 2024 PPS Biennial Dinner at Bond 45 restaurant ! Dinner is on Friday, June 21 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
Bond 45 is located at 221 West 46th St, New York, NY.
Please register early as the number of spaces is limited to 120!
The deadline for signing up online is Saturday, June 15.
Choices for dinner menu will be available at a later time.
The price of the dinner is $99 per person (regular) and includes a choice of several main courses and dessert. The price of wine or alcoholic beverages is not included but may be purchased separately.
The person signing up for the dinner(s) must be an active member of the PPS (either regular or resident / fellow).. Additional persons do not need to have registered for the meeting, although their names should be entered under the "guest names" area of the sign up form.
Please note that in order for PPS to meet its obligations to Bond 45, no refunds will be permitted after June 16. Refunds may be requested prior to this date by personal email directed to treasurer@pulmonarypath.org. Refunds will consist of the original purchase price minus a 3% credit card processing fee. Additional menu items and beverages not included in the menus offered will be at the participant’s individual expense.
